Rudy and his team did an amazing job refinishing the floors on the main floor of our home; an extensive project that included every room as well as the stairs going upstairs. He also laid new LVP flooring in our basement. On the main floor, we were concerned about having mixed flooring types - red and white oak - as some of the rooms were converted to hardwood flooring later. Rudy setup multiple swatch areas to test the different colors and give us an opportunity to select something to our liking. We mixed two colors and found the perfect brown/gray combination. The two flooring types blended seamlessly, and the floors have never looked better! We had a small area of damaged wood in need of repair, and they took care of this a well. Lastly, the best surprise of all, was the cleaning team that showed up early Saturday morning to deep clean our home after all the work. The LVP in the basement is also stunning. I HIGHLY recommend Rudy and the entire Atlanta Floor One team. Great work and attention to detail. I would not hesitate to hire them again!

Wonderful experience with Atlanta Floor One installing hardwoods in two bedrooms of our townhome. They were recommended by a neighbor who had a similar job done in a matching floorplan. I sent an email and received a reply within a few hours from Rudy. Rudy was able to provide a quote and confirm the job within a day. Materials were ordered and installation was scheduled within 1 week of initial contact. The original quote was honored and there were no surprise costs or fees. Rudy was a great communicator, always replying quickly to emails and ensuring I knew what came next. Wonderful experience. They re-stained my floors in March. There was a challenge with sanding between balustrade but the owner made sure I was happy with the result. He never requested a down payment for this service like OTHER companies do which I think is appalling because the cost of stain is minimal , it is mostly labor so NO prepayment should be required. STOP SEARCHING AND BOOK WITH RUDY! We used Rudy and his team to redo the flooring in our three level townhome in February 2022. Rudy actually came to our home two or threes times to consult with us as we were so indecisive on the flooring that we wanted. Rudy walked through all of the options and was very transparent in the pros and cons with each. He provided us with multiple samples of color and style and was very patient with us as we decided. Rudy’s team removed tile, carpet and existing wood floors and replaced with the most beautiful LVP flooring (butter toast is the color). Rudy’s team also leveled out our kitchen to remove the lip from the hallway/kitchen and stained and sanded down our stairs to match. The team even finished up a day earlier than expected. Rudy was extremely responsive and left our home clean after the job. I would use Rudy a million times over and recommend him to anyone in need of new flooring. If your are planning to move to Atlanta, and looking for a professional to take care of your new house restoration project, I do recommend floor one. I had a great experience of working with floor one. They provided me great consultation on selecting the materials, and completed the painting and carpet installation project very fast and with a good quality and It all happened when I was 900 miles away in Chicago!

I have used Rudy five times in three houses. His work is outstanding and his crews very polite and professional. I have used them to install engineered hardwood, 3/4" inch solid 3" oak, and LVT. I highly recommend them.
